不同大鼠脾气虚证模型对血常规指标的影响
The routine blood indexes in the different rat models with syndrome of spleen qi deficiency

Abstract
Objective To measure and compare routine blood indexes in the different rat models with syndrome of spleen qi deficiency.Methods Based on the method of restricted diet in rats,three rat models with spleen qi deficiency were established by Folium Sennae induced bitter cold diarrhea,swimming induced over-fatigue and combination of the above two means respectively.Furthermore,the changes of physical sign,thymus and spleen indexes,the serum D-xylose value,and the pathological tissue section of spleen in these models were evaluated,and the routine blood indexes were also measured.Results Compared to the control group,spleen qi deficiency rats showed that WBC and LY# were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05) and the most significant changes of all indexes were observed in combination group(P<0.01).And only in combination group,MONO#,NEUT#,HGB,RBC,HCT,MCV,MCH were decreased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion Combining bitter cold diarrhea and over-fatigue with restricted diet to establish the model is the best suited to the spleen qi deficiency syndrome due to its low immunity and anemia.And WBC、LY#、HCT、MCH could be the potential steady markers as the index to evaluate spleen qi deficiency model.关键词
