多管水力除砂器内液-固两相流的数值模拟
Numerical Study on Liquid-Solid Two-Phase Flow in a Multi-Tube Hydrocyclone Desander

Abstract
Reynolds Stress Model (RSM) was used to simulate liquid-solid two-phase flow in a multi-tube hydrocyclone desander. The results show that the inlet flow rate and velocity distribution of every single hydrocyclone are affected by flow field and pressure distribution of feed chamber. Particle trajectory in the desander includes those trapped in dust storage tanks and escaped from bleeder tubes. 1000 particles were injected into the desander, and particle inlet proportion and separation efficiency in every single hydrocyclone were calculated. The results show that particle inlet proportion in single hydrocyclone is proportional to flow rate, and separation efficiency is affected by velocity distribution. The terminal settling velocity of separated particles in the dust storage tank increases when particle diameter increases. The simulation results provide possible guideline for structural improvement of multi-tube hydrocyclone desanders.关键词
