代谢综合征对急性缺血性脑卒中患者复发、死亡及生活依赖程度的影响
Impact of metabolic syndrome on recurrence,death and life dependence of patients with acute ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of metabolic syndrome(MS) on the recurrence,death and life dependence of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 308 patients with first-onset acute ischemic stroke were selected and divided into MS group(n=103) and non-MS group(n=205) according to the incidence of MS.Modified Rankin Scale was used to assess the life dependence of the patients.The recurrence rate of stroke,proportion of death,and life dependence within one year after onset were compared between the two groups.Cox model was used for multivariate analysis involving the factors probably influencing the recurrence of stroke,death and life dependence in the patients with acute ischemic stroke.Results The recurrence rate of stroke within one year after onset was higher in the MS group than that in the non-MS group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the proportion of death or modified Rankin Scale score within one year after onset between MS group and non-MS group(P>0.05).Multivariable Cox regression analysis showed that MS was one of the independent risk factors for stroke recurrence within one year after onset in the patients with acute ischemic stroke(P<0.05).No correlation of MS with death or life dependence within one year after onset was found(P>0.05).Conclusion The risk of 1-year recurrence of acute ischemic stroke increases in the patients complicated with MS.And it is necessary to regulate MS when treating acute ischemic stroke.关键词
