Research of Preparation Process and Separation Technology of Fructose-Glucose Syrup Hydrolyzed by Sucrose
摘要
Abstract
The process technology of fructose-glucose syrup hydrolyzed by sucrose was introduced, which included acid catalysis, enzyme catalysis and strong acid cation resin catalysis. Meanwhile, some methods of separating fructose from fructose-glucose syrup were introduced, such as ion exchange resin process, chromatographic process, crystallization process, borate process, complex salt process, etc., which would help to provide reference for the efficient utilization of fructose-glucose syrup hydrolyzed by sucrose.关键词
