Effects of adenovirus overexpression of TSLC1 on proliferation, invasion and angiogenesis of cervical cancer cells

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of overexpression of TSLC1 on proliferation, invasion and angiogenesis of cervical cancer cells.Methods: Caski cervical cancer cells were cultured and divided into blank control group, Ad-RFP group, Ad-TSLC1 group, respectively transfected with DMEM without adenovirus and serum, control adenovirus Ad-RFP, recombinant adenovirus Ad-TSLC1.Of 12 hours and 24 hours later, the expression of proliferation, invasion, and angiogenesis gene were determined.Results: mRNA expression of CyclinD1, Bcl-2, HERC4 cells, S100A6, N-cadherin, Snail, Twist, EFEMP1, VEGF, Jagged1 in Ad-TSLC1 group were significantly lower than the control group and Ad-RFP group;mRNA expression of CyclinD1, Bcl-2, HERC4 cells, S100A6, N-cadherin, Snail, Twist, EFEMP1, VEGF, Jagged1 in Ad-RFP group and control had no significant difference.Conclusions: Overexpression of TSLC1 can inhibit the proliferation, invasion and angiogenesis of cervical cancer cells.关键词
