Influence of magnesium sulfate, Nifedipine and Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment on placenta blood perfusion, oxidative stress and apoptosis in preeclampsia patients

Abstract
Objective: To study the Influence of magnesium sulfate, Nifedipine and Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment on Placenta Blood perfusion, oxidative stress and apoptosis in preeclampsia patients.Methods: A total of 90 cases of pregnant women with preeclampsia were randomly divided into control group (n=45) and control group (n=50).The patients in control group were treated with magnesium sulfate + nifedipine, those in observation group were treated with magnesium sulfate, Nifedipine and Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment, and both were lasted for 7 days.The changes of plasma perfusion parameters, serum oxidative stress indexes and placental apoptotic mRNA expression were compared between two groups.Results: The levels of placental perfusion parameters such as VI, FI and VFI in observation group were higher than those in control group.Serum contents of CAT and GPX inobservation group were higher than those in control group.The levels of ROS and MDA were lower than those in control group, expression of Fas and caspase-9 mRNA in placental tissue were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).The expression of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 and Survivin mRNA in placental tissue were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions: Magnesium sulfate + nifedipine + salvia miltiorrhiza can increase placental perfusion in patients with preeclampsia, reduce systemic oxidative stress and inhibit placental cell apoptosis.关键词
