摘要

Abstract

In order to study the interaction and impact of multi-stage centrifugal pump between the various levels,using RNG k-ε turbulence model and CFX software to calculate Reynolds time-averaged Navier-Stokes equations based on CFD method, carry out the numerical simulation of three-dimensional flow in multistage centrifugal pump, has obtained the flow field inside the multistage centrifugal pump and analyzed the transient flow characteristics of the multistage centrifugal pump.The simulation results show that: the uniformity of the flow pattern has obvious effect on the efficiency of centrifugal pump;the flow velocity distribution of the inlet section of the first impeller chamber has a great influence on the unbalanced distribution of the radial force of the impeller of the whole multistage pump.Under the design condition, the inlet section of the impeller chamber increases with the increase of the centrifugal pump impeller stage, the efficiency of the multistage pump also decreases, and the radial force of the blade increases gradually;multi-stage centrifugal pump impeller at all levels of imports with the increase in flow rate increases, the impeller radial imbalance force increases with the flow decreases.Through the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the internal flow characteristics of multi-stage centrifugal pump, master the internal flow law of multi-stage centrifugal pump, and provide theoretical guidance for hydraulic optimization design of centrifugal pump.
