Effect of Exercise Rehabilitation Nursing on Cardiac Function and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation nursing on cardiac function and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods: 80 patients with heart failure admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 40 patients.The patients of the control group were given routine treatment and care;and the patients in the observation group were treated with exercise rehabilitation on the basis of routine nursing treatment.The indexes of cardiac function evaluation, 6 min walking distance and quality of life were analyzed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment and 6 months follow-up.Results: The indexes of cardiac function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);(P <0.05).The quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The quality of life was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group at 6 min walking distance, exercise storage and plasma brain natriuretic peptide (P <0.05).Conclusion:Exercise rehabilitation and rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve the heart function.And it has a very positive significance to improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
