基于任务模块的组织核心知识链抽取模型研究
The model of core knowledge chain′s extraction of task-modularization
摘要
Abstract
We aim to improve the efficiency of knowledge flow in an organization,thereby hastening cooperation over task modules and ultimately improving the quality of strategic decision making at management level.Integrating theories related to ontology and process view,we define knowledge flow as the norm of the process and core knowledge chains under the operational mode of a task module,and we demonstrate the relationship between the two.Based on this approach,we extract core knowledge nodes from the process knowledge chain,set up the core-knowledge-chain extraction model,and state and discuss the operating rules and procedures of the model.The results show that the core knowledge chain is an effective way for organizations to satisfy the need of knowledge entities.With explicit representations of knowledge need and the order of the flow of knowledge entities under different task modules,knowledge entities will complete their tasks much more purposefully and effectively.关键词
