Research progress on separation, analysis and environmental behavior of chiral pharmaceutical enantiomers in environmental matrix
摘要
Abstract
This paper reviewed the research progress on separation,analytical methods of chiral pharmaceuticals in the environmental samples and their environmental behaviors in aquatic environment.The main separation methods of enantiomers were compared.The types,characteristics,separation principle and influence factors of chiral stationary phase for the separation of enantiomers was described in detail,accordingly,development trend on enantiomers separation was proposed.Additionally,the degradation and transformation of pharmaceutical enantiomers in sewage treatment processes and natural water,as well as application of enantiomeric selectivity for chiral pharmaceuticals in the pollutant source apportionment were reviewed and discussed.关键词
