O2/CO2燃烧烟气成分对再生催化剂脱硝效果的影响
Effect of simulated flue gas of O2/CO2 combustion on regeneration catalyst

Abstract
CO2 with high concentration in oxygen enriched combustion(O2/CO2) flue gas affects the denitrification performance of regenerated catalyst.Inactivated SCR denitrification catalyst under air burning condition in one power plant was taken as the experiment sample,soaked respectively in deionized water,O.5 mol · L-1 H2SO4 solution and 0.1 mol · L-1 NH4C1 solution to be regenerated.Flue gas composition under O2/CO2 combustion condition was simulated as the experiment gas.Catalyst performance before and after regeneration was evaluated on the activity test platform and then compared with that under air burning condition.BET,XRF,ICP-MS,IC and TG techniques were applied to characterize the catalyst.The result shows that after soaking in deionized water,H2SO4 solution and NH4C1 solution,inactivated sample is capable of removing poisoned element and recovering the specific area.In the simulated flue gas,catalyst activities are recovered in a different degree,where the regeneration performance of H2SO4 and NH4C1 solution is distinctly better than that of water.After H2SO4 and NH4C1 solution washing,catalyst regeneration effect under O2/CO2 combustion condition is better than that under air burning condition,while water washing contributes to an opposite result.XRF analysis indicates that V2O5,the active component on catalyst surface,hardly dissolves in water but the solubility in H2SO4 and NH4C1 solution is relatively considerable.关键词
