姜黄素对菊花DNA甲基化及其生长发育的影响
Effects of Curcumin on DNA Methylation and Development of Chrysanthemum

Abstract
In this study,the chrysanthemum plantlets were treated with 0,100,200,400 μmol/L of curcumin,methylation sensitive amplified polymorphism(MSAP) technology was used to analyse the DNA methylation level,and the plant growth status was observed.The results showed that the effect of curcumin on the flowering time of chrysanthemum reached a significant level,the earliest flowering time with 200 μmol/L was 5-8 days earlier than the control.MSAP results showed that the DNA methylation rate of treated tissue culture seedlings decreased with the increase of curcumin concentration,and the methylation rates were 58.40%,50.44%,48.24% and 46.00% under the curcumin concentration of 0,100,200,400 μmol/L,respectively.Seedlings plants showed dwarf,easily wilt,with less leaves and more weak buds.After transplantation to the outside,dwarfing phenotype was inherited stably.In conclusion,curcumin treatment can reduce genomic methylation level and produce epigenetic variation,leading to early flowering of chrysanthemum.关键词
