双孢蘑菇菌株在杏鲍菇菌糠中的发菌情况及适宜菌种筛选
Spore Germination of Agaricus bisporus on Pleurotus eryngii Matrix and Screening of Appropriate Strains

Abstract
Four strains(As2796,W192,W136 and W20) were used as materials to observe the sporocarp growth and yield of Agaricus bisporus on fungus chaff of Pleurotus eryngii.The results showed that the spore germination of all the four strains of Agaricus bisporus occurred on the fungus chaff of Pleurotus eryngii,and the best one was W192,of which hyphae germinated faster and grew well,taking 19 d to cover the matrix layer and 45 d to pick up mushrooms,with dense and neat hyphae and white color.Followed by As2796 and W136,of which hyphae germinated faster,taking 20 d to cover the matrix layer,and 46 d and 47 d respectively to collect mushrooms,being dense and neat,with white color.W20 was the worst,of which hyphae germinated slowly and grew weak,taking 21 d to cover the matrix layer,and 49 d to collect mushrooms,dense and neat with white color.The best sporocarp was also W192,of which the cap was proper of size and thick with diameter of 3.85 cm and thickness of 2.16 cm,the stipe was stubby,the mushroom umbrella did not open easily and the quality was best.Followed by As2796 and W136,for which the cap thickness was 2.13 cm and 2.14 cm respectively,the diameter was 3.89 cm and 3.25 cm respectively,the handles were slightly longer and the quality was medium.The worst was W20,of which the cap was thin and small,with thickness of 2.10 cm and diameter of 3.13 cm,the handle being long and thin,and its quality was poor.In addition,W192 had the highest yield of 53.44 kg/m2,followed by As2796 and W136(46.73, 44.43 kg/m2 respectively);W20 was the lowest,with a yield of 42.53 kg/m2.关键词
