黑水虻虫粉对育肥猪生长性能、血清指标和养分消化率的影响
Effects of Black Soldier Fly Meal on Growth Performance,Serum Indices and Nutrient Apparent Digestibility in Growing-finishing Pigs

Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of using the dry black soldier fly instead of soybean meal and fish meal on growing-finishing pigs,eighteen growing-finishing pigs(Duroc×Labdrace×Yorkshire) of about 30 kg body weight were used and allotted into 3 treatments(All diets were isocaloric,isonitrogenous.Test group Ⅰ,25 kg fish meal were used instead of the soybean meal and other feed protein ingredients;Test group Ⅱ,25 kg dried black soldier fly instead of fish meal;Control group was basal diets)with 6 replicates of 1 each according to randomized completely block design.Official trial period lasted for 28 days.The average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI) and feed/gain(F/G) of growing-finishing pigs in each group were calculated.The endogenesis indicator method was used to determine the digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,crude fat and crude ash in faeces.At the end of the experiment,the serum were collected and serum biochemical indexes were tested.The results showed that,compared with the control group and test group Ⅰ,the ADG of test group Ⅱ were increased by 19.58% and 4.27%,respectively;The F/G of test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ were decreased by 9.76% and 3.14%,respectively;The ADG and F/G had no difference in each group.Compared with the control group,the ash digestibility of group Ⅰ and test groupⅡ decreased significantly;Dry matter,crude protein and crude fat digestibility showed no difference among all the groups.ALB,GLO,TG,TC,HDLC and LDLC showed no difference.In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,when all diets were isocaloric,isonitrogenous,using the dry black soldier fly instead of soybean meal and fish meal was possible.关键词
