Effects of Compound Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine on Insulin Resistance in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus:A Meta-Analysis
目的 运用统计学Meta分析,对中药复方联合西药改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效进行综合评价.方法全面检索中药复方联合西药改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床随机试验文献,并按照文献选择标准进行筛选,对使用中药复方联合口服二甲双胍等西药治疗的随机对照试验进行Meta分析.结果共纳入20篇文献,中药复方联合西药改善2型糖尿病患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOME-IR)以及胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)的指标均优于西药…查看全部>>
