摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ears pressure bean and antiemetic in preventing nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy in bone neoplasm.Methods:The 52 cases of bone neoplasm were randomized into treatment group and control group.All patients were treated with antiemetic when chemotherapy beginning.The treatment group was treated by the ears pressure bean at the same time.The situation of nausea and vomiting were relieved,improved appetite and KPS were observed.Results:The incidence rate of vomiting in the treatment group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05).The complete remission rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The KPS of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Combined ears pressure bean and antiemetic can effectively alleviate the incidence rate of vomiting,improve appetite and KPS of the bone neoplasm patients after chemotherapy.关键词
