针灸治疗抑郁障碍的取穴规律探讨
Study on the Law of Choosing Acupoints of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment for Depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the law of choosing acupoints of acupuncture and noxibustion treatment for depression in the past 10 years,and provide reference for acupuncture treatment of depression.Methods:Retrieval China Journal Full-text Database,VIP database,Wanfang Journal Chinese academic journal full text database,Chinese biomedical literature database,network edition China Biomedical Journal Citation Database.The retrieval time is from January 2006 to September 2016,selected in line with the clinical research literature of acupuncture in the treatment of 307 included depressions.Bibliometrics research and literature review on these main points,the main point tropism,dialectical point selection,and other aspects of the selection of acupoints with the disease.Results:Mainly owned by the Du meridian,pericardium were mainly the main points of acupuncture for treatment of depression,with Baihui (DU20),Yintang (EX-HN3);The common syndromes of depression were:insufficiency of heart and spleen,liver qi stagnation,stagnated qi transforming into fire,hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen,the common acupoints were:Zusanli (ST36),Taichong (LR3),Xingjian (LR2),Taixi (KI3),Sanyinjiao (SP6).The common symptoms of depression were:sleep disorder,palpitations,loss of appetite,forgetfulness,inattention,the common acupoints were Shenmen (HT7),Danzhong (RN17),Zusanli (ST36),Sishencong (EX-HN1).Conclusion:The acupuncture medicine treatment of depression,according to pathogenesis related viscera of acupuncture prescription,often combined with syndrome differentiation and disease with Du meridian acupoint.关键词
