丹红通精方对精索静脉曲张不育症患者精液质量、缺氧诱导因子-1α的影响
Treatment of Varicocele Sterility with Danhong Tongjing Formula（丹红通精方） and Its Effect on Semem Quality and Expressions of HIF-1
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Danhong Tongjing Formula (丹红通精方,DHTJF) and its effect on semen quality changes and expression of HIF-1α.Methods:The 60 patients with varicocele sterility (syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis) were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 30 patients;treatment group was treated with DHTJF,the surgical group was treated with low ligation of spermatic vein under the microscope.The sperm concentration,total energy and forward movement of sperm sperm rate (a+b level),hypoosmotic swelling rate of sperm,sperm acrosome enzyme,serum and seminal plasma HIF-1αwere detected before and after treatment.Results:Sperm concentration,sperm total energy and forward movement of sperm,sperm acrosin in sperm hypoosmotic swelling rate in both groups all changed after treatment (P＜0.01);HIF-1αvalue in seminal plasma has significant difference (P＜0.05);while the serum HIF-1αhas no significant difference (P＞0.05).The hypoosmotic swelling rate of sperm between the two groups has significant difference (P＜0.05);while sperm concentration,total energy and forward movement of sperm,the sperm acrosin,aeminal plasma,serum HIF-1αvalue have no significant differences (P＞0.05).Conclusion:DHTJF can rectify varicocele infertility sperm concentration,total energy and forward movement of sperm rate,hypoosmotic swelling rate of sperm,and the sperm acrosin of the patients,and reduce refining HIF-1αand its mechanism may be related to improve the state of hypoxia in the reproductive system.关键词
