泻黄散加减治疗乳腺癌化疗期口腔溃疡的疗效观察
The Curative Effect of Xiehuang Powder（泻黄散） Addition and Subtraction on Oral Ulcer of Breast Cancer during Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of of Xiehuang powder (泻黄散) addition and subtraction on oral ulcer of breast cancer during chemotherapy.Methods:The 68 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=34).The control group was given routine treatment.On this basis treatment,the observation group was given oral treatment for Xiehuang powder addition and subtraction,with 7 d treatment.The changes of clinical index,oral ulcer area,pain score and clinical grading of oral ulcer of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The diet recovery time and oral ulcer improvement time of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05),and the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05);The oral ulcer area and pain scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly reduced (P＜0.05),and the improvement of the observation group after treatment was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05);After treatment,the oral ulcer clinical grading of the two groups was improved significantly (P＜0.05),and the improved of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05);After treatment,the content of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and NK in the observation group were significantly increased (P＜0.05),while the CD8+ was decreased significantly (P＜0.05),which had no significant difference immune index of control group before and after the treatment (P＞0.05);There were no serious adverse reaction during the treatment in the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion:The application of the Xiehuang powder for the treatment of breast cancer chemotherapy period can significantly improve the curative effect of oral ulcers,oral ulcer clinical index,ulcer area and ulcer pain,which is exact and high safety.关键词
