中药熏洗配合骨炎膏外敷治疗儿童急性髋关节滑膜炎的临床观察
Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Transient Synovitis of the Hip in Children with Chinese Herbal Fumigating and Washing Combing External Application with Guyan Ointment（骨炎膏）

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese herbal fumigating and washing combing external application with Guyan ointment in the treatment of transient synovitis of the hip in children (TSH).Methods:The 126 cases of TSH were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table,each group has 63 cases.The control group was treated by bed rest,skin traction and magnetic heat therapy,while the treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal fumigating and washing combing external application with Guyan ointment based on the treatment of the control group,the two groups were treated for 1～2 courses (7 days for 1 course),observing their clinical curative effect and VAS scores,relapse and adverse reaction were followed.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 95.24％,while in the control group,the total effective rate was 84.13％,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups improved (P＜0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group (P＜0.01).All of the patients were followed-up,the mean duration of follow-up was 8 months (range 6～12months),there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups,and 4 cases in the control group recurred.No recurrence was found in the treatment group.Conclusion:Treating TSH with Chinese herbal fumigating and washing combing external application with Guyan ointment is effective,safe and reliable,uneasy to recur.关键词
