“筋骨调衡”手法治疗寰枢关节错位源性椎动脉型颈椎病临床研究
Effect of "Jingjin and bone balance-regulating" Manipulation on Atlanto-axial Joint Sublu-xation of CSA
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of "Jingjin and bone balance-regulating" manipulation in treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:Treatment group (n=36) were treated by Jingjin relaxation and chiropractic therapy and control group were treated with traditional tuina therapy (n=36).The clinical efficacy score of symptoms and functional rating scale of CSA and the mouth-open projection were observed and compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than control group(P＜0.05);The scores of vertigo symptoms and function all increased after treatment in both groups (P＜0.01);And the scores of vertigo symptoms and function in treatment group were higher than the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the difference of the axis of the odontoid process,the axis of atlas and the gap of the lateral mass of the odontoid process were decreased (P＜0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the other one (P＜0.05).Conclusion:"Jingjin and bone balance-regulating" manipulation is effective to atlanto-axial joint subluxation of CSA.关键词
