矮膜苞芹化学成分系统预实验
Preliminary Tests of Chemical Components of Hymenolaena Nana
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Hymenolaena nana by preliminary test.Methods:The extracted mixture of the Hymenolaena nana from purified water,ethanol and petroleum were studied by test tube or ilter paper method.The chemical constituents of the Hymenolaena nana were preliminarily identified by precipitation reaction or color reaction with various indicator.Results:The preliminary test indicated that the Hymenolaena nana may contain chemical constituents such as volatile oil,steroidal,cardiac glycosides,triterpene,saponinsand polypheuols,polysaccharides,flavonoids,coumarins ect.Conclusion:The results of preliminary test preliminarily determined the chemical compositions of the Hymenolaena nana,and provided scientific foundation for future development and utilization of Hymenolaena nana.关键词
