深海起重机被动式升沉补偿建模方法研究
Simulation methods of passive heave compensation on off shore crane ship
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the working principle and the modeling method of passive heave compensation system, an improved mathematic model was built by introducing the Medium Separator′s kinetic equations, and considering the reduction of tension on wire rope due to the sheave′s moment of inertia.Having applied several different methods′ simulation model into crane′s lifting operation, it conclude that the efficiency of this model is of about 60%, and it is able to reflect the mechanism of passive heave compensation′s system, and can be used as a new modeling method.The reduction of tension on wire rope is of about 3%~4% to the result.At last, the reason of low efficiency was presented, and the corresponding measures to improve was suggested.关键词
