催乳素在绵羊季节性发情中的调控作用
Regulation of Prolactin on Sheep in Ovine Seasonal Estrus
摘要
Abstract
Prolactin (PRL), a protein hormone which is secreted by anterior pituitary acidophil, the deciduas of pregnant uterine and immune cells, plays an important role in reproduction of mammals and birds.PRL can regulate reproductive traits in mice and poultry, affecting pituitary gonadotropin secretion and the growth of follicle in ovary.The concentration of ovine PRL is high in anestrus, while it is low in breeding season.Then, how does PRL regulate ovine seasonal estrus? In order to answer it, the regulatory network of PRL secretion and the regulatory roles of PRL on hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis were reviewed, and on this basis, the probable regulatory modes of PRL in ovine seasonal estrus were analyzed.The results will provide information for further exploration in the regulation mechanism of animal seasonal reproduction.关键词
