Assessment of Load Capacity for Livestock Manure and Environmental Risk in Qinhuangdao

Abstract
Using the data of livestock and poultry breeding, the output of livestock manure production and pollutants of Qinhuangdao in 2013 was estimated, in addition, the load capacity of cultivated land pollution, the environmental risk assessment of livestock and poultry breeding in Qinhuangdao city was also evaluated.Results show that in 2013, the average load capacity of livestock manure in the city was 35.66 t/hm2, and the environmental pollution risk index was 0.88, with a warning level III.It reveals that the livestock breeding in all counties (districts) except the Haigang District, Beidaihe District and Changli County have posed a potential threat to the environment.关键词
