新型光敏剂在肝癌中的应用
Application of Novel-photosensitizer in Liver Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Advanced liver cancer creat a result of poor surgical resection and a low 5-year survival rate.Therefore,it is imperative to prolong the survival time of the patients who suffer from liver cancer by the new adjunctive therapy.Photodynamic therapy (PDT) serves as the palliative treatment for the malignant tumor of liver in late stage,and the photosensitizer plays a crucial role in PDT.The photosensitizer has been successively developed in decades and new photosensitizer has been synthesized today,which characterizes high targeting,strong lipid solubility,high bioavailability etc.Novel-photosensitizer and PDT will play important roles in the development of multi-disciplinary cooperation in the therapy for liver tumor.关键词
