Abstract
Autophagy related gene Becn1 is low expression in many tumors,such as lung cancer,which can inhibit the occurrence and development of tumors.At present,it's reported that Becn1 can regulate the occurrence and development of lung cancer by autophagic pathway and autophagy is closely related to apoptosis,but the mechanism has not been fully elucidated.In this study,PC9 and A549 lung cancer cell lines were selected and established the models with high Becn1 expression.The co-immunoprecipitation and GFP-BECLIN1 and DsRed-Mit fluorescence co-localization experiments were used to confirm that Becn1 could regulate cell apoptosis in lung cancer through mitochondrial pathway.关键词
