摘要
Abstract
Since October 2016,human infections with A(H7N9)virus in China have significantly increased,drawing extensive concern worldwide.Until now,460 cases of A(H7N9)virus infection with 78 deaths were reported.A worldwide outbreak is almost inevitable,once H7N9 viruses obtained the virulence to sustained human-to-human transmission.Thus,there is an urgent need to develop effective vaccines.The present review summarizes H7N9 vaccines under ongoing clinical trials,and evaluates the results of completed clinical trials.关键词
