摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of non-invasive mechanical ventilation on treatment of elderly patients with acute left heart failure and respiratory failure.Methods Totally 92 patients with acute left heart failure and pulmonary edema and respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with additional non-invasive mechanical ventilation.Clinical symptoms,arterial blood gas indexes,RR,pH value and clinical effect before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,in the observation group,improvement of clinical symptoms,p(O2),p(CO2),RR,pH and total effective rate were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive mechanical ventilation can effectively improve the cardiac function in patients with acute left heart failure,pulmonary edema and respiratory failure.关键词
