云南红河哈尼族ABO、Rh血型分布规律及基因频率调查
Investigation on ABO and Rh blood group distribution and gene frequency of Honghe Hani nationality in Yunnan

Abstract
Objective To explore the distribution of ABO and Rh blood group and the gene frequency of the voluntary blood donors in Honghe Hani autonomous prefecture of Yunnan province.Methods The blood group identification of 6 817 cases of voluntary blood donators in Honghe Hani nationality in Yunnan was carried out by the positive and negative ABO and Rh (D) screening and identification procedures.Results In Yunnan Honghe Hani people,type A,type B,type O and type AB accounted for 25.08%,27.92%,39.81% and 7.19% respectively,the expected value of the ratio was 25.19%,28.08%,40.02% and 6.73% respectively,the gene frequency of P was 0.1749,Q was 0.1925,r=0.6326,and there was no significant difference between the observation value and the expected value (P>0.05).Distribution was correlated with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium,and the distribution of ABO type was type O >type B >type A >type AB.In 6 817 Yunnan Honghe Hani people,RhD (-) were detected in 23 cases,accounted for 0.37%,including CCdee was 21.74%,Ccdee was 47.83%,ccdee was 30.43%,the expected value of the ratio was 20.87%,49.57% and 29.57%,the frequency of Cde gene was 0.4566,CDE was 0.5434,and there was no significant difference betweeen the observed and expected value (P>0.05).Distribution was correlated with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.Conclusion The study on the distribution of ABO and Rh blood group and the gene frequency of the non remunerated blood donors of Hani nationality have important guiding significance for the establishment of blood collection and blood supply plan and the safety of blood.关键词
