Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on ICGR15, psychological ability and self-care ability of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated by transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization. Methods A total of 90 patients with viral hepatitis B cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects. And they were randomly divided into two groups according to random number method, with 45 cases per group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway intervention mode.Liver function indicators such as Alanine Transaminase and Aspartate transaminase, VAS score, and gastrointestinal bleeding time, length of stay and prognosis of quality of life before and after care were compared. Results There was no significant difference in ALT and AST between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05);After 6 months of treatment, the liver function indexes (ALT and AST) of the two groups were significantly improved, and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the VAS score of the observation group was lower, the bleeding stopped and the hospitalization time was shorter, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);The quality of life of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathways in patients with viral hepatitis B cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively improve the level of liver function, reduce the degree of pain, shorten the symptoms of gastrointestinal bleeding and hospital stay, and improve the quality of life, so it is worth promoting.关键词
