Abstract
Objective To study the intraoperative cooperation and nursing of single-hole thoracoscopic lung bullous resection.Methods The clinical data of patients who underwent single-hole thoracoscopic lung bullous resection were collected, and 50 patients were divided into control group and experimental group.The patients in the control group were treated with the general nursing method and he patients in the experimental group were treated with intraoperative care measures.The blood gas status and the surgical indicators were analyzed before and after the operation.The satisfaction of the two groups was analyzed.Results The levels of p(O2)and p(CO2)in the two groups were not significant difference in the two groups (P>0.05).The levels of p(O2) and p(CO2) in the two groups were improved after operation, and the experimental group improved more than that the control group(P<0.05).The operation time of the experimental group was lower, the intraoperative blood loss was less and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of single-hole thoracoscopic lung bullor resection and intraoperative care can not only improve the blood gas condition, shorten the time of operation and reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, but also improve the patient''s nursing satisfaction.关键词
