Obstacles and Countermeasures of Financial Disputes Arbitration
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of the society and the coming of commercial and financial era, financial disputes are becoming more frequent and complicated.Financial disputes arbitration is professional, flexible and efficient and can meet all requirements of financial disputes settlement, so it is the most suitable choice to solve financial disputes.According to a survey, the major obstacle to financial disputes arbitration is that the party doesn't know and recognize the arbitration system.It is suggested that financial disputes arbitration agencies carry out targeted campaign and cooperate with the judiciary and financial agencies to promote the development of financial disputes arbitration.关键词
