摘要

Abstract

To discover the new resource of antimicrobial activity compound from marine actinomycetes,a marine actinomycetes Streptomyces tendae was screened out with significant antibacterial activity to Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus from marine actinomycetes strain library.Then the fermentation conditions for the antibacterial marine actinomycete were optimized,and the strongest antibacterial activity of the fermentation liquor was observed when the strain was cultured with 2216E medium for 96 h,under 28 ℃ and shaking under 180 rpm.Furthermore the antibacterial activity compounds from the antibacterial marine actinomycete were isolated and purified based on activity tracking and combined with chromatographic separation techniques.And the structure of the isolated compound was identified by means of NMR and high resolution mass spectrometry.The results showed that the two antimicrobial compounds from the antibacterial marine actinomycete were identified as 2-Hydroxy-3-propyl-hexahydro-pyrrolo[1,2-a] pyrazine-1,4-dione and 3-Propyl-hexahydro-pyrrolo[1,2-a] pyrazine-1,4-dione,and they were derivatives of cyclic dipeptides.
