煤巷围岩变形破坏机制模型试验研究及工程应用
Model experiment of deformation and failure mechanism of coal roadway surrounding rock and its engineering application

Abstract
For the deformation and failure mechanism of coal roadway surrounding rock,with Fenxi mining area as the prototype for physical similar model experiment,the experiment design was elaborated,the experimental bench of the plane model was improved,the similar material of coal rock layer was determined through the combination experiment,and the physical similar model of coal roadway was set up to research stress distribution,displacement,deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock in no supporting condition,the deformation and failure mechanism was analyzed to demonstrate the sidewall and comer strengthening support technology,then the technology was applied in engineering practice.The results showed that,the coal roadway failure is from the sidewall and corner,the mutual aggravated destruction of sidewall,comer and roof lead to the instability of the coal roadway.Relative displacement is the key indicator reflecting the destruction degree of surrounding rock,the relative displacement of sidewall is greater than the roof.The destruction of coal roadway sidewall is the most serious part,it belongs to partial collapse,with its collapse depth-height ratio is 0.29;the roof,whose destruction is a kind of whole-subsidence failure,under the effect of two main cracks from the comers,tends to collapse;the comers,which take the crack failure form,when broken through,would collapse following the sidewall or the roof.Therefore,the control over the deformation or failure of the sidewall and comers to improve their supporting strength is the key to ensure the coal roadway stability,thus the sidewall and comer strengthening support technology is verified.The engineering monitoring results have shown that the technology has satisfactory applicability.关键词
