膏体假顶力学模型研究及有限元分析
The mechanical model for the paste false roof and finite element analysis

Abstract
To ensure a safe and efficient recovery in mining,the mechanical models of false roof for paste was simplified into simply supported beams through theory study and numerical simulation,and the laws between the strength of paste,the thickness of false roof,and the economic tension reinforcement ratio was revealed.The study has shown that the ultimate strength of paste decreases in polynomials with the increase of the thickness of false roof,and the economic tension reinforcement ratio is on a logarithmic increase with the increase of the thickness of false roof.Combing the actual conditions in copper mine from Xinjiang Province,and through numerical simulation,the zigzag false roof was designed,with the thickness of false roof of 3 m determined,the strength of false roof of 6.78 MPa,the economic tension reinforcement ratio of 0.6%,and the longitudinal bar of 12 φ 14@250.The reliability of mechanical models of false roof can be verified from results which have shown that false roof can work normally under gravity and upper loading from past,and it has important significance to the designing of false roof.关键词
