3D打印技术在复杂髋臼骨折治疗中的应用

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of 3D printing technique in the treatment of complex acetabulum fractures.Methods The 46 patients with complex acetabulum fractures after surgical treatment were analyzed in a retrospective way.The patients were divided into two groups:those cases who received 3D printing technique (3D group,18 cases) and those cases who received conventional surgery (conventional group,28 cases).The operation time,bleeding volume during operation and the blood input volume during perioperative period were separately recorded.Results All 46 patients were followed up for 12~24 months.The operation time:the 3D group was (3.5±0.5) h,and conventional group (4.5±0.9) h;the intraoperative bleeding volume was respectively (1 000.5±253.3) ml and (1 450.2±231.4) ml in the 3D group and conventional group;the perioperative blood input volume of 3D group was (6.9±4.8) U and the conventional group was(10.3±2.4) U.These 3 indexes were less than conventional group,and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).No patient in both groups had complications like non-iatrogenic vascular damage,nonunion or failed internal fixation.Conclusions The application of 3D printing technique can guarantee a good preoperative preparation,a more accurate and effective operation,and shorten operation time.关键词
