两种内固定治疗股骨远端关节内骨折的疗效比较OACSTPCD
Comparison effect of two kinds of internal fixation in the treatment of intra-articular fracture of distal femur
目的 探讨微创内固定系统(LISS)钢板内固定和解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨远端关节内骨折患者的效果.方法 将83例股骨远端关节内骨折患者随机分为LISS组(42例)和解剖钢板组(41例).比较两组患者的手术相关指标和术后关节功能恢复指标.结果 术中出血量、手术切口长度、住院时间、骨折愈合时间LISS组均少于解剖钢板组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疼痛、行走能力、关节稳定性、膝关节活动度、主观评分总分LISS组均高于解剖钢板组,差异均有统计…查看全部>>
