掺锶透钙磷石涂层对去势大鼠种植支抗骨整合影响
Effect of strontium-substituted brushite coating on osseointegration of implant anchorage in osteoporotic rats

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of different concentrations of strontium-substituted brushite coating on the osseointegration of coating implant anchorages in osteoporotic rats.Methods:Totally 40 female SD rats were selected as the osteoporosis model and divided into 4 groups,eight rats in each group that were implanted different concentrations anchorages coated with strontium-brushite.And 8 normal rats were set up in the blank control group,implant anchorages with coated nothing.After 2,8 weeks implant loading,the rate of bone implant contact were calculated.Results:The mobility degree of the implant anchorages coated with strontium-brushite coating were zero.The bone implant contact rate of blank control group had significant difference with other groups after 2 weeks implants loading.After 8 weeks implants loading,the bone implant contact rate of 10% group had significant difference with other groups.Conclusion:The surface modification method of titanium alloy with strontium-brushite coating could effectively enhanced the effect of osseointegration and the stability of the implant anchorage.And the effect of 10% strontium-brushite coating was the best.关键词
