曲古抑菌素A拮抗牙周炎大鼠牙槽骨丧失的疗效观察
Inhibitory effect of trichostatin A on alveolar bone resorption of rats with experimental periodontitis

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effects of trichostatin A on the alveolar bone loss in experimental periodontitis in rats.Methods:A total of 30 female SD rats were randomly allocated to three groups according to the treatments during 6 weeks that were normal control group(group A),periodontitis group(group B),trichostatin A group(group C)for each group with 10 rats.The experimental model of periodontitis was induced by ligating floss around mandibular first molars with orthodontic wires in group B and C.Rats from each group were sacrificed 6 weeks after the treatment of trichostatin A.The probing depth(PD)and alveolar bone level were observed.Results:The values of PD were significantly lower after 6 weeks in group C than group B(P<0.05).The alveolar bone loss was significantly lower after 6 weeks in group C compared with that of B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trichostatin A can partially inhibit the alveolar bone loss induced by periodontitis.关键词
