无牙(牙合)患者全口活动义齿修复后三维外貌美学变化的初步研究
A preliminary study on the aesthetic change of three-dimensional appearance after the dentures repairing of the patients without teeth

Abstract
Objective:The purpose of this retrospective clinical study was to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the facial esthetic improvements of edentulous patients wearing complete denture by using 3D photogrammetry methods.Methods:Fifty edentulous patients were recruited and treated with complete denture.3D photographs were captured by 3dMD software.Geomagic Spark Studio software was also used to measure the patients'improved facial projection after the complete dentures were worn.Results:In edentulous patients wearing complete denture,the concave upper lip of facial appearance were improved,and the maximum value of the upper lip moved forwards was 6.07 mm.These changes mainly occured in the region between the base of the nose and the upper lip,but not on the bilateral cheeks and other areas.Conclusion:Complete denture can improve the fullness of the upper lip of edentulous patient effectively.The 3D photographic technique can accurately and quantificationally evaluated the effect of complete dentures on facial appearance.关键词
