Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of nerve growth factor and hyperbaric oxygen treatment on hemodynamics in optic nerve atrophy patients.Methods Clinical data of 86 patients with optic atrophy who were treated in our hospital between September 2014 and April 2016 were analyzed.Patients were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group had 41 cases (49 eyes) and the control group have 45 cases (52 eyes).Results The effective rate was significantly higher in observation group (χ2=9.873,P=0.002).After treatment, PSV, EDV, PI of retinal artery significantly increased and RI significantly reduced in both groups (P<0.05).PSV, EDV, and PI were higher and RI was lower in observation group (P<0.05) than in control group.There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (χ2=0.647,P=0.421).Conclusions Nerve growth factor and hyperbaric oxygen therapy is effective in the treatment of optic nerve atrophy, and it can obviously improve the blood supply from the retinal artery.关键词
