110例未行准分子激光角膜屈光手术的原因分析
Causes of ineligibility to receive excimer laser corneal refractive surgery in 110 patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the causes that prevent patients from receiving excimer laser corneal refractive surgery.Methods 655 patients with myopia were examined before surgery.Causes for 110 patients who did not undergo LASIK were analyzed.Results Among 216 eyes from those 110 patients, 92 (42.59%) had inadequate central corneal thickness.22 eyes (10.18%) had too high corneal refractive power.24 eyes (11.11%) suffered from fundus diseases.Among them, 16 were lattice retinal degeneration and 8 were retinal cystoid degeneration.12 eyes (6.12%) had high intraocular pressure (ranged from 21 to 35 mmHg).2 patients were diagnosed as glaucoma.23 patients (46 eyes, 21.29%) chose to reject the surgery because of psychological and social factors.20 eyes (9.25%) had ocular surface problems, including keratochromatosis (14 eyes), severe conjunctivitis (4 eyes), and severe dry eye (2 eyes).Conclusions To ensure the safety of surgery, careful preoperative screening is very important.关键词
