曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者血脂及心功能的影响
Effects of trimetazidine combined atorvastatin on blood lipids and cardiac function of the patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of trimetazidine combined atorvastatin on blood lipid and cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 178 patients with CHD were divided into 2 groups according to random number method,namely control group and observation group.Patients in control group were given atorvastatin,and patients in observation group were added trimetazidine on the basis of control group.The blood lipid[Total cholesterol (TC),Triacylglycerol (TG),High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)],angina pectoris (attack frequency,duration),cardiac function[Left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD),Left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD),Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)]and adverse events of two groups were compared after treatment.Results After the treatment,serum TC,TG and LDL-C levels of two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05).TC,TG and LDL-C levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).After the treatment,the angina pectoris attack times and duration time of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05),and angina pectoris attack times and duration time of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).After the treatment,LVEDD and LVESD levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05),and LVEF level of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine combined atorvastatin could effectively improve the blood lipid and cardiac function of the patients with coronary heart disease.关键词
