门冬氨酸钾镁联合胺碘酮对慢性心力衰竭并室性心律失常患者心功能的影响
Effects of potassium magnesium aspartate combined amiodarone on cardiac function of chronic heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of potassium magnesium aspartate combined amiodarone on cardiac functionof chronic heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia patients.Methods 232 cases of chronic heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group 116 cases.Patients in control group were given amiodarone,and patients in observation group were given potassium magnesium aspartate based on amiodarone.Before and after treatment,the blood pressure,heart rate,PR and QT interval,left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVD),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVWP) of two groups were detected,and the efficacy and adverse reaction were accounted.Results After treatment,heart rate of two groups were significantly reduced,PR and QT levels interval were significantly increased (P<0.05),and heart rate reduce of observation group was significantly better than that of control group,P-R and Q-T interval increase of observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the LVD,LVEF and LVWP of two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the LVD,LVEF and LVWP improvement of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).The efficiency of observation group was 83.6%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(72.4%),P<0.05.Conclusion Potassium magnesium aspartate combined amiodarone could effectively relieve cardiac systolic and diastolic function of chronic heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia,slow down the heart rate and restore normal ejection,with satisfactory treatment.关键词
