Epidemiology analysis and prevention and control measures of measles outbreaks in hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the epidemiology characters of measles outbreaks in a hospital and discuss preventive and control measures of measles outbreaks.Methods The epidemiology characters of measles outbreaks in our hospital were analyzed from April 2014 to March 2017.The experiences of preventive and control measures of measles outbreaks were summarized.Results Seven cases of measles were collected from April to May 2014,including 5 laboratory-confirmed cases and the 2 clinically diagnosed cases.Those 7 cases of measles were were distributed in different departments in our hospital and no absolute epidemiology links were found,so the virus caused measles outbreaks in our hospital was highly suspected to be imported measles virus.Conclusion Multi-divisions' cooperation should be strengthened to prevent and control measles' epidemic in hospital and many critical measures should be adopted for medical personal protection and to prevent measles' outbreak and epidemic in hospital.关键词
