Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) before laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) in patients with acute cholecystitis complicated with cholelithiasis.Methods 120 patients diagnosed with acute cholecystitis complicated with cholelithiasis were involved in this research.They all underwent examination with B ultrasound and MRCPbefore LCto find anatomic variations of the bile ducts and common duct stones.Results The images of 2 patients displayed anatomic variations of the cystic duct.1 patient presented common duct stones,and gained laparotomy common bile duct exploration,cholecystectomy and T tube drainage.The rest 23 patients underwent LC.Conclusion The condition and anatomicvariations of the bile ducts can be displayed by routine preoperative examination with MRCP,which helps to reduce opportunities for biliary tract injuries and retaine common duct stones to occur.关键词
