摘要

Abstract

Means such as traditional chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, various physical property tests and structural stress analysis were often used in the failure analysis of mechanical equipments, and they could basically be quantified and the test results could be characterized by a value.So the test results could be compared with the technical requirements to evaluate the quality of the products.The practical experience shows that the quantitative analysis of the shape, size and hardness of the fracture source region could help find out the real failure causes, and quantitative analysis of compositions of the corrosion products and valence state analysis of elements could help judge the source of the corrosive medium, analyze the failure mechanism and give out the preventive measures.Quantitative analysis technology has a unique role in product quality arbitration and product quality control, and it also plays a very important role in the failure analysis of mechanical equipments.
