摘要

Abstract

To find out the unfolding pathway of intermediate events when preparing a fault tree,by theoretical analysis,this paper analyzed the basic constituent features of fault tree,and found it is essentially a combination of "or gate tree" and "and gate tree".Based on this,according to "cutting system" and "track crossing" theory,this paper studied two basic types of fault tree expansion,and proposed "or gate first" principle when preparing fault tree,finally a universal expansion model was established.By using this method,the "and / or" factor analysis method was applied to the accident analysis of tailings dam break,and then determined the main influencing factors and path.At last,the dam break accident tree was prepared,which contains 36 intermediate events and 70 basic events.The results show that this method can effectively implement the preparation of fault tree and its influencing factors in complex system.The research will advance the traditional "factor analysis" from qualitative to semi quantitative direction.
