桥梁基础大体积混凝土施工温控研究
Research on temperature control of mass concrete construction of bridge foundation
摘要
Abstract
To study the issue of the effective measures of temperature control when the thickness of mass concrete layered pouring is thicker,this paper used the method of the simulation analysis to study the temperature and temperature stress characteristic of the cooling tube and three-dimensional cooling net with different thickness of layered pouring.The conclusion of the analysis shows that when the thickness is 2 m,the cooling pipe effect is good,and the tensile stress is within the allowable range;when the thickness is 4 m,it can't satisfy the requirement of temperature control only laid cooling tube,but the three-dimensional cooling net can further reduce temperature region,and the stress are within the range,effectively combining the three-dimensional cooling net with the layered construction contributes to achieve shortening the construction period.This provides a reference for the temperature control for mass concrete constructions.关键词
